YsmnHairCo does not offer exchanges or return for any product purchased from our site as all sales are final.

 We accept PayPal, Shop Pay and all other major credit/debit cards.

As soon as you place an order online, your PayPal, Shop Pay account or credit/debit card will be charged. 

Credit card fraud and theft of our products will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Please allow 3-5 business days for payments to process. Hair bundle & closure orders are fulfilled within 7-14 business days. (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).Custom wig orders are fulfilled within 7-21 business days. (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).

 Rush custom wig orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.  Also, please note that rush orders come with an extra fee of $150.

Please be sure to provide the correct delivery address when placing an order.

Tracking Numbers will be provided to you via e-mail once order has been shipped.

 All Items must be signed for as they cannot be left unattended. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge enquiries with our delivery partners to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

HAIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Evenly distribute shampoo/conditioner of choice on hair. 
Use a Denman brush, a wide tooth comb and or your fingers to comb through hair. 
Work brush or fingers from ends through the middle of hair to the top, repeating process as you wash to minimize unnecessary tangling.
Rinse hair with cool or lukewarm water and use an upward scrunching motion to preserve your waves after hair is conditioned.
Squeeze excess water from hair using the same scrunching technique and remember not to rub!
Air dry hair.
When styling, keep product usage at a minimum to prevent excessive product build up and always use heat protectant when heat styling!
Please be advised that excessive heat applications will cause loss of wave pattern.
